Ssh SSH works only with public ipIP but not with dynamic dnsDNS hostname

I configured my raspberry piRaspberry Pi B+ with OSMC to accept incoming connection from outside, and it.

This works fine if I use directly the public ipIP from ssh command on console, but if I use my noipNo-IP hostname (associated with the corrected ipIP), the console says "Connection timed out", why.

Why? I
I used also an external port checker with my noipNo-IP hostname and it says that the port is open.
