So, no, you're not going to manage 4K video with that, sorry.
Oct 24, 2016 at 20:22 comment added goobering I think I might have seen a related question that put it at around 5-10 fps max for 4K H.264 capture. Transmission is entirely data rate bound - you've got about 20MBps to play with. If it fits in that you should be able to stream it. Data rates vary with content, so you'd need to do some tests to figure out what's possible.
