I have OSMC (KODI) on RPI 3. I managed to use alsa equalizer with command:

aplay /usr/share/sounds/alsa/Front_Center.wav

My asound.conf file:

pcm.!default {
 type plug
 slave.pcm plugequal;
}
ctl.!default {
 type hw card 0
}
ctl.equal {
 type equal;
}
pcm.plugequal {
 type equal;
 slave.pcm "plughw:0,0";
}
pcm.equal {
 type plug;
 slave.pcm plugequal;
}

But this config doesn't work for KODI. To use alsa equalizer in KODI, I test several ways but this is the only way:

Audio output in KODI: ALSA. bmc:2835 ALSA (plugequal)

My asound.conf file:

pcm.pluglfloat {
  type lfloat

  slave {
     pcm "plughw:0,0"
     format S16_LE
  }
}

pcm.plugequal {
  type equal
  slave.pcm "pluglfloat"
}

pcm.!default {
  type plug
  slave.pcm plugequal;
}

ctl.!default {
  type hw card 0
}

Problem is, that KODI system sounds (button sounds) makes only noise instead of clean sound. If I play music, sometimes I hear noise for a moment, but after while of paying music, I got no sound from audio output.

Is there a way to use alsa qualizer with KODI smoothly?

Thanks for help.
