I am carrying out a project in which I transfer information between an Arduino Mega and two Raspberry Pi 3 Model B. On the first Raspberry there is running a console program that is connected to the Arduino Mega at 115200 baud and on the other one, I have a desktop program that is connected to the Arduino at 230400 baud. Normally, communication goes well, but there are times when it seems that the Raspberries freeze for a few seconds and take a long time to respond.

Could this be caused by the VNC Server or some other service running on the Raspberry boards?
