I'm trying to build a Nest camera knockoff using a Raspberry Pi. Right now, I have video streaming from a Pi camera to a local web page that I can view from my smart phone.

Next, I want to add audio. I want to be able to speak while holding my smart phone, the phone records the audio, transmits over the web page to the pi, and then plays off a speaker on the pi. I haven't found any good resources for beginners on how to implement this. What would be an easy way to add this feature to the local HTML page I have set up?
