I'm working on a Raspberry Pi project and I need to use touchcreen, I got 7" Waveshare touchscreen, I plugged it in my Raspberry Pi (via GPIO pins) and touch didn't work... I went on their website https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/7inch_HDMI_LCD and found driver (that needs to be installed in config.txt file) and touch still didn't work, so I installed other driver they have on website and it seems like it corrupted my OS image, becouse after restart there is only rainbow screen and it doesn't boot up. So I reinstalled old OS image and boot again and found some other drivers on Github but no one seems to work.

Can some one please help me with that? Mybe ist not even problem in divers... I am new to using Raspberry Pi so beginner mistakes are possible.
