I would like to configure a Raspberry Pi 3 with one additional WiFi dongle to serve as an access point (wlan0) and use wlan1 to connect to an open unsecured WLAN and run openvpn to connect to my VPN server. I am planning to use this setting in Hotels and Public WiFi APs.

How can I do this? I have used the RPI-Wireless-Hotspot script to configure the WiFi AP on wlan0. Then I use the openvpn client to connect to my VPN server.

How to I bridge the two networks so that requests from wlan0 get piped to wlan1 (internet access)?

In case the VPN goes offline, how can I disallow routing the traffic through the unsecured WLAN? Essentially I would like to route all internet traffic through the vpn tunnel and disallow anything else?
