Sharing the Pi's WiFi connection through the Ethernet port

  • The linked post is out of date and won't work with current Raspbian Stretch. you need to provide details of what YOU did. – Milliways Oct 15 '17 at 22:18
  • What exactly is the setup you are trying to achieve? Because "sharing" the Ethernet port actually is NAT (NAT44) from the eth0 LAN to the upstream WLAN, this NAT prevents you from establishing a TCP connection from the WLAN side to devices connected to the eth0 LAN. If you intend to do that, you need to use normal IP routing, but not NATting. So, what are you trying to achieve? – TheDiveO Oct 16 '17 at 18:04
