I've been working on setting up and using the Waveshare High Precision AD/DA. I have it set up but I can't seem to figure out how to use it with Python as it seems to be rather poorly documented. (It probably doesn't help I don't have much experience to begin with).

I've been using pigpio with a simple low-pass filter on a breadboard as a simple DA, but I'd like to use a better one. How can I use Python 3, (preferably with pigpio), to send a PWM signal through this DA board so it can be read on an oscilloscope?

The simpler the explanation the better.
