When searching for oscilloscope sofware for any Raspberry Pi 3 OS I can't find any that I can feed data. Some are for special hardware I don't want to buy.

I got my own ADC and since it outputs data for 7 segment LEDs I will be converting it to a digital input for software that can then project it in an oscilloscope GUI. (Digitizing ADC samples)

I don't know if there is such a software that can be handled by your own program as I want to, would be great if someone knew one. It should be able to go to at least 44kHz and maybe have an analyzer and function generator. Ideally for raspbian :)

(My) pigpio has a digital waveform viewer called piscope.

  • thanks, but I want to view waveforms from digital input, as in the samples are received digitally and projected in a normal form. A software oscilloscope only with digital input and not analog, but the same result. – Cu29p Jul 8 '18 at 13:43
  • You need to edit your question and make clear what you are asking. I guess you mean you are going to digitise the ADC samples (say to a range 0-255) and want to display that. We should not have to guess. – joan Jul 8 '18 at 14:09
