Looking for a sleek OS for a Raspberry Pi 1, I used Alpine Linux as I grew quite fond of it. The "diskless" installation works like a charm but as I need some bigger packages to be installed I tried to make a "sys" installation. Following different guides ([1], [2] and [3]) I always get a kernel panic stating:

mkdir: can't create 'sysroot//sys': Read-only file system

[...]

I think it is due to the 'boot/' folder missing after executing "setup-disk". Has anyone encountered a similiar problem yet?
