So I've been bench-marking my 3B+ with sysbench and i've been thinking of adding an overclock, but i don't want to over do it, what is a decent overclock with these temps (47.2'C is average idle temp)

    i don't want to over do it then I suggest you do not overclock at all. The 3B+ is clocked very close to the limits anyway – Dirk Jan 11 at 20:18
