I am very new to Raspberry pi. I have retropie set up on a pi 3 and am using usb dongle n64 controllers. I was recently given a pi zero w as a gift and thought that I might be able to use it with the n64 controller to make it wireless, along with a small lithium battery.

As my experience is limited to loading retropie I barely know the capabilities of this thing. I have done some googling and don't see any projects similar to this. So I have a few questions:
1. Is this possible?
2. Where should I start to learn how to use the pi simply as a glorified usb to bluetooth adaptor for the n64 remotes?

Any and all help is appreciated! Sorry to be such a newbie. Thanks

  • Welcome to Raspberry Pi :-) But your question is too broad and opinion based. Such questions are flagged and may be closed. This site isn't made for brainstorming and discuss general issues. It is made to do one specific question that can be answered detailed, e.g. "Having this.. and configured bluetooth like this.. Cannot connect. What's wrong?"
