Thaks for your answers. I got the solution .
In new versions it is not supporting in this autostart file
sudo nano /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE/autostart
I changed the code to the below autostart file.
sudo nano /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE-pi/autostart
