Mar 7, 2015 at 20:28 | comment | added | Sushant Kolhe | I wasn't able to do it in Windows....so now I use Ubuntu 14.04 on Virtual Machine. Works like a charm! :-) thanks for your answers.

Posting any error messages would be the first step to figuring out if there are possibly any CygWin packages missing. Apart from that, cross-compiling - even on Linux - is definitely not an easy feat; doing this on Windows is even harder. You could walk through the process once on Linux to get a feel for things and then tackle the job on Windows. Takes patience, but might be the more successful approach in the longer run.

Jan 28, 2015 at 20:36 | comment | added | Sushant Kolhe | in the tutorial they haven't specified which Cygwin packages to install that's the problem.
Jan 28, 2015 at 20:02 | comment | added | goldilocks♦ | I think this is a lengthy serious of steps someone has already written out -- except you say you did not understand it. Someone else may come along who's willing to do it all again, but presuming they don't (partially because there's no reason to assume you will understand it a second time), you are probably better examining each "Step" in the blog you linked, and asking specific questions in the appropriate place about them. E.g., the first one is setting up Cygwin. Have you done that? The next one is installing a specific toolchain. Have you done that?
