I have many raspberries located in many places, all of them connected to my website and download different videos to show them in the monitors (all of them are connected to internet).

My question is:

is it possible to send some command from my site (i use php language) to reboot the raspberry remotely (you can also say run a command from my server to reboot the raspberry)

Edit:

my raspberry is connected to access point which is connected to internet,, it does not have static ip

as we see here the raspberry and the server machine must be in the same network

any solution to restart the raspberry remotely (throw internet) can be help
