I install opencv again [best link for install this] and i try to install FFmpeg from repository. affter installation of ffmepg i tried to read ipcamera video stream with this script

Installing OpenCV 3
Best and easily method for install openCV on Raspbian, I try more method and i find this, Install dependency library for opencv :
sudo apt-get install libhdf5-dev libhdf5-serial-dev
sudo apt-get … install libqtwebkit4 libqt4-test
sudo apt-get install libatlas-base-dev libjasper-dev libqtgui4 python3-pyqt5
Finally
